Continuing Legal Education

The Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program’s mission is to assist the members of The Florida Bar in their continuing legal education and to facilitate the production and delivery of quality CLE programs and publications. Board Certification

Board certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of competency and experience within various areas of law, as well as professionalism and ethics in practice. More than 4,500 Florida lawyers are recognized as specialists in ore more of 24 certification areas. Judiciary 

The judiciary is the network of courts that interprets and applies the law on behalf of the state of Florida. It also provides a mechanism for the resolution of disputes, but does not make law or enforce law. This branch of the state is often tasked with ensuring equal justice under the constitution of the law. The state of Florida has a complex judiciary network made up of many districts and circuits. We’ve compiled a directory of contact information for each of them should you need to use it in your search.
