COURSE DESCRIPTION
One size does not fit all when it comes to parenting plans.  Hear from the judiciary, mental health experts, and Florida Bar Board Certified Specialists in Marital & Family Law about how to draft and advocating for high-quality parenting plans and how technology can help. The course will conclude with a panel discussion on the unique ethical considerations parenting cases present.

White, Esq., will provide an update of published Florida family law appellate opinions since January 1, 2019.  This two-hour, lunchtime presentation will include an insightful and engaging discussion of recent case law tackling a wide range of topics, including but not limited to alimony, parenting, relocation, equitable distribution, child support, paternity, enforcement, modification, attorney’s fees, contempt, procedure and ethics.
